Terfynu

Gallwn derfynu neu atal Eich mynediad ar unwaith, heb rybudd ymlaen llaw neu
atebolrwydd, am unrhyw reswm o gwbl, gan gynnwys heb gyfyngiad os Chi
torri'r Telerau ac Amodau hyn.

Ar ôl terfynu, bydd Eich hawl i ddefnyddio'r Gwasanaeth yn dod i ben ar unwaith.

Cyfyngiad Atebolrwydd

Er gwaethaf unrhyw iawndal y gallech ei achosi, mae atebolrwydd cyfan y
Cwmni ac unrhyw un o'i gyflenwyr o dan unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn y Telerau hyn ac Eich
bydd rhwymedi unigryw ar gyfer yr holl uchod yn gyfyngedig i'r swm

Nid yw rhai taleithiau yn caniatáu eithrio gwarantau ymhlyg neu gyfyngu ar
atebolrwydd am iawndal achlysurol neu ganlyniadol, sy'n golygu bod rhai o'r
efallai na fydd y cyfyngiadau uchod yn berthnasol. Yn y taleithiau hyn, atebolrwydd pob parti

Darperir y Gwasanaeth i Chi "FEL Y MAE" ac "FEL SYDD AR GAEL" a chyda phob nam
a diffygion heb warant o unrhyw fath. I'r graddau eithaf a ganiateir
o dan gyfraith gymwys, y Cwmni, ar ei ran ei hun ac ar ei ran
Cysylltiedig a'u trwyddedwyr a'u darparwyr gwasanaeth priodol,
yn gwadu'n benodol bob gwarant, boed yn ddatganedig, ymhlyg, statudol neu
fel arall, mewn perthynas â'r Gwasanaeth, gan gynnwys yr holl warantau ymhlyg
gwerthadwyedd, addasrwydd at ddiben penodol, teitl a pheidio â thorri rheolau,
a gwarantau a all godi wrth ymdrin, cwrs perfformiad,
defnydd neu arfer masnach. Heb gyfyngiad ar yr uchod, y Cwmni
yn darparu dim gwarant nac ymgymeriad, ac yn gwneud unrhyw gynrychiolaeth o unrhyw fath
y bydd y Gwasanaeth yn bodloni Eich gofynion, yn cyflawni unrhyw ganlyniadau a fwriedir, fod
gydnaws neu weithio gydag unrhyw feddalwedd, cymwysiadau, systemau neu wasanaethau eraill,
gweithredu heb ymyrraeth, cwrdd ag unrhyw safonau perfformiad neu ddibynadwyedd neu
bod yn rhydd o wallau neu y gellir neu y bydd unrhyw wallau neu ddiffygion yn cael eu cywiro.

Heb gyfyngu ar yr uchod, nid yw'r Cwmni nac unrhyw un o'r cwmniau
darparwr yn gwneud unrhyw gynrychiolaeth neu warant o unrhyw fath, yn ddatganedig neu’n oblygedig:
(i) ynghylch gweithrediad neu argaeledd y Gwasanaeth, neu'r wybodaeth,
cynnwys, a deunyddiau neu gynhyrchion sydd wedi'u cynnwys arno; (ii) bod y Gwasanaeth
yn ddi-dor neu'n rhydd o wallau; (iii) ynghylch cywirdeb, dibynadwyedd, neu
cyfoesedd unrhyw wybodaeth neu gynnwys a ddarperir drwy'r Gwasanaeth; neu (iv)
bod y Gwasanaeth, ei weinyddion, y cynnwys, neu e-byst a anfonwyd oddi wrth neu ar ran
y Cwmni yn rhydd o firysau, sgriptiau, ceffylau trojan, mwydod, malware,
bomiau amser neu gydrannau niweidiol eraill.

Nid yw rhai awdurdodaethau yn caniatáu eithrio rhai mathau o warantau
neu gyfyngiadau ar hawliau statudol cymwys defnyddiwr, felly rhai neu bob un ohonynt
efallai na fydd yr eithriadau a'r cyfyngiadau uchod yn berthnasol i Chi. Ond mewn achos o'r fath
bydd yr eithriadau a'r cyfyngiadau a nodir yn yr adran hon yn cael eu cymhwyso
y graddau mwyaf y gellir eu gorfodi o dan gyfraith berthnasol.

Cyfraith Llywodraethol
============

Bydd cyfreithiau'r Wlad, ac eithrio ei rheolau gwrthdaro cyfraith, yn llywodraethu
y Telerau hyn a'ch Defnydd o'r Gwasanaeth. Gall eich defnydd o'r Cais hefyd
bod yn ddarostyngedig i gyfreithiau lleol, gwladwriaethol, cenedlaethol neu ryngwladol eraill.

Datrys Anghydfodau
=================

Os oes gennych unrhyw bryder neu anghydfod am y Gwasanaeth, Rydych Chi'n cytuno i roi cynnig arni yn gyntaf
datrys yr anghydfod yn anffurfiol drwy gysylltu â’r Cwmni.

Ar gyfer Defnyddwyr yr Undeb Ewropeaidd (UE).

Os ydych yn un o ddefnyddwyr yr Undeb Ewropeaidd, byddwch yn elwa o unrhyw rai gorfodol

Rydych yn cynrychioli ac yn gwarantu (i) Nad ydych wedi eich lleoli mewn gwlad sydd
yn amodol ar embargo llywodraeth yr Unol Daleithiau, neu sydd wedi'i ddynodi
gan lywodraeth yr Unol Daleithiau fel gwlad "sy'n cefnogi terfysgaeth", a (ii)
Nid ydych wedi'ch rhestru ar unrhyw restr o lywodraethau gwaharddedig yr Unol Daleithiau neu
partïon cyfyngedig.

Difrifoldeb a Hepgoriad

Os bernir bod unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn y Telerau hyn yn anorfodadwy neu'n annilys, dylid gwneud hynny
bydd darpariaeth yn cael ei newid a'i dehongli i gyflawni amcanion y cyfryw
darpariaeth i'r graddau mwyaf posibl o dan gyfraith gymwys a'r
bydd y darpariaethau sy'n weddill yn parhau mewn grym ac effaith lawn.

Hepgoriad
------

Ac eithrio fel y darperir yma, y methiant i arfer hawl neu i fynnu
ni fydd cyflawni rhwymedigaeth o dan y Telerau hyn yn effeithio ar un parti
gallu i arfer hawl o'r fath neu fynnu perfformiad o'r fath ar unrhyw adeg
wedi hynny ac ni fydd ildio toriad ychwaith yn gyfystyr ag ildio dim
